Who are the people behind PMR?
PMR is a small company based in Kiel in northern Germany. We are Pascal, Michel and Rosvald, three motorcycle enthusiasts who have been friends for years. PMR is our joint project to turn our hobby into a profession.
Why do you only sell used motorcycle parts?
True enthusiasts understand that a motorcycle does not necessarily have to be brand new to represent quality. However, the issue with older models is that spare parts are no longer manufactured by the manufacturer. Despite their age, the quality of a used original part is often higher than that of a new spare part manufactured by an alternative manufacturer. We resolve this issue with our product range.
I am not from Germany. Can I still order items from you?
Of course! We offer worldwide shipping. Thanks to shipping providers such as DHL, this is no longer a problem at all.
How can I purchase motorbike parts from you?
We have linked our eBay shop above. Feel free to search for the motorcycle part you need. You can purchase directly via eBay. Alternatively, you can send us a message on eBay or an email if you need advice.
Do you check the spare parts before selling them?
Of course! It is not always possible to rule out defects 100%. However, we thoroughly check all items we sell in advance to ensure we can keep our quality promise to you.
Why don't you have your own online shop, but only link to your eBay shop?
Let's be honest, our expertise does not lie in building a professional website or designing an online shop. Yes, eBay is not cheap for us as commercial sellers. But eBay has the great advantage for us that it takes care of important steps in the sales process. Examples of this are payment processing, storing tracking numbers and ranking our offers. As a buyer, you also have increased security thanks to eBay buyer protection. You can consider us as unprofessional as you like, but by buying on eBay, you are protected against fraud.
